• Level of Education: S. or B.A. Degree
• Certification: Degree program in Project Management or related field or relevant certification in the role.
• Years of experience in Position Title: Five years of experience in a Senior Project Management role.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience working with large ($5 million) budget projects and/or programs.
• Demonstrated experience working on Data Warehouse and reporting projects
• End User Documentation: Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining project documentation, including writing project charters, implementation plans, resource plans, status reports and all other required project documentation.
• Communications Requirements: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that concisely convey a clear understanding of the message to different audiences.
• Work Environment: Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements.Requirements of the role:
  • Work with Procurement to execute a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Data Warehouse/Mart.
  • Drive planning, execution and tracking of all project deliverables.
  • Develop and administer the project budget in collaboration with the program managers and project sponsors.
  • Coordinate the work of internal and external participants, stakeholders, and consultants or vendors to ensure successful completion of the projects.
  • Be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the project that requires collaboration and coordination with various work units.
  • Manage resources and schedules to successful completion ensuring that projects meet scope, cost and quality requirements as determined in the planning stages.
  • Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities, negotiating with other departments and/or units for resources if necessary.
  • Communicate with project sponsors, program manager, change manager and stakeholders in all stages of the project through regular written and verbal communications to keep them updated on the progress and aware of next steps; provide project updates in front of large groups, including Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with the other BPSI project managers and BPSI Program manager to identify how the projects will impact other projects.CompensationCompensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
