As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our team in New Prague! This part-time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: Building systems maintenance Townhome repairs and reconditioning Drywall repairs Painting Minor plumbing work Minor electrical work Grounds care and snow removal Requirements Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management Must have a valid US Driver's License Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion Must be able to pass a criminal background check Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be able to handle confidential information Available for after hour emergencies as needed Lloyd Management is committed to providing long lasting careers with room for growth.
