number — you’re part of the family. Position Summary Midwest
Electric & Generator is seeking a dependable and hands-on Shop
Manager to support our Elk River location. This position works in a
heated shop environment and provides operational support to the
Service Manager through general shop organization, equipment
staging, vehicle transport, and delivery coordination. This is a
full-time, year-round opportunity with a stable and growing
company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain shop
cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Stage generators and
equipment for upcoming installations Put away inventory and manage
basic stock organization Transport company vehicles as needed Make
local site deliveries Support the Service Manager and field
technicians with daily operational needs Operate the forklift
safely and efficiently Maneuver trucks and trailers, including

year-round employment Requirements: Required Qualifications
Forklift experience required Strong ability to maneuver trucks and
back up trailers Valid driver’s license with no major violations
Clean criminal background Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to
work in a physically active shop environment Must be able to obtain
and maintain a DOT Medical Card (if applicable) Compensation
