The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while performing evaluations as well as developing and administering treatment plans for a wide variety of outpatient conditions.FT position, flexible hours at our St. Louis Park locationViverant Physical Therapy is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
