either a long term or short term care unit. Duties include:
Supervises and directs the nursing staff during the shift, ensuring
adequate staffing and coverage. Provides guidance and support to
nurses and nursing assistants, addressing questions and concerns.
Act as a resource for staff, offering clinical expertise and
decision-making support. Requirements: NY RN License Experience as
as RN within a skilled nursing facility / long-term care facility
