Locum Tenens Opportunity: Pediatric Physician Specialties: Pediatrics Department: Pediatrics Start Date: 08-01-2024 End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Providers Requested: 1 Provider Type: Physician Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: EPIC Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers?: Yes Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required?: Yes Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes Admissions Required?: Yes Are temporary privileges available?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Patients Per Shift: 1-10 Bed In Department: 12 Rounding: Assigned Patients Practice Details: Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Certified - The Following Certification Are Required What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI or IMLC ABLS: No ACLS: Yes Will you reimburse Vendor for costs associated with licensing Provider?: No ATLS: No BLS: Yes PALS: Yes Description/Other Details: We are looking for Pediatric coverage for one full week each month in August and November.
