Job Description:
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) - $300,000 Salary
Guarantee - $150,000 Annual Retention Bonus - $50,000 Commencement
Bonus - wRVU production bonus model - Full Benefits: Comprehensive
and Medical paid for family, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability,
Retirement/matching, malpractice ins., CME and relocation paid.
RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM) - Ultra
Modern 25 bed Critical Access hospital - Hybrid Model-90%
Outpatient/10% Hospitalist - See 15-20 patients daily in clinic -
Call 1:7 with weekend inpatient rotation - Procedures NOT required,
but can do them if you like - Dedicated support staff matched to
you - Very efficient, and most administrative burdens eliminated
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) - Recent Board
Eligible or Board Certification - Outpatient clinic and Inpatient
Management - Quality and Patient Care Focused - Work well in Teams
COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM) - Rich Outdoor/Recreation: Land of
Lakes, boating, fishing, hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, camping,
hunting, canoeing, etc. - Two hours North of Twin Cities - Strong
schools and ranked for quality and performance - Great family
