Job Description Primary Care Physician (Vietnamese Speaking) No Call! Qualifications Language Requirement: Fluency in Vietnamese is required to effectively serve our patient population. Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; or Board Eligible within 2 years of completing Residency. Experience: Open to New Graduates! While experience is a plus, we highly value a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. Licensure: Active Virginia medical license (or willingness to obtain one). Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality primary care to an adult patient population (ages 18). Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR and meet key quality metrics to ensure the best patient outcomes.
