COMPANY DESCRIPTION: DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The
Department of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN invites
applications for an open position in the Division of Dermatologic
Surgery. The successful candidate will have an interest in a career
in academic surgical dermatology with an emphasis on clinical
practice, resident and fellow education, and clinical, basic, or
translational research. The current group of 7 consultant
dermatologic surgeons enjoys a collegial environment, with a large
group of dedicated nurses, histotechnicians, and support staff. We
enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, enthusiastic residents who
participate in dermatologic surgical rotations, and a long-standing
ACGME-approved fellowship program with 3 fellows who train with us
each year. We interact daily with our colleagues in medical
dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and dermatopathology in a
unified location with a shared purpose.
