- Friday 8am-430pm, night and weekend call Job Setting: Float
between multiple facilities Types of Cases: Inpatient
Oncology/Hematology (malignant hematology is a must), Medical
Oncology/solids and Infusion Credentialing: 90 days, emergency
privileges available Minimum Requirements Triple Board Certified
Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology Certifications: BLS, DEA
Licensure: Active Minnesota license required, will consider IMLC
