Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a certified Speech Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide services in an elementary school setting in
Andover, MN. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of
elementary students, supporting their speech and language
development needs. Location: Andover, MN (onsite) Assignment
Duration: - Current school year coverage: May 22 June 4, 2026 -
Next school year coverage: September 4 December 23, 2026 (full
coverage for the first semester) Schedule: Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Responsibilities: - Conduct
speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy
to an elementary mixed population - Manage case load of
approximately 28 students with direct therapy and support, serving
a total of 47 students - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to develop and implement communication
improvement plans - Maintain accurate documentation and case
management in accordance with state and school guidelines -
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress
monitoring Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Speech-Language
Pathology - Active State Licensure as an SLP - Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred - Experience working in school
settings serving elementary students - Strong communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills This position offers the
