Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team at St Croix National Golf Event Center LLC. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing revenue for the business. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or server Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service Experience with point-of-sale systems Knowledge of wine and beer pairings helpful Ability to create and execute specialty cocktails Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Maintain a clean and organized bar area Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests Benefits (Full Time): Medical Dental 401K/LTD/STD Skills: As a Bartender/Server, you will utilize your excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will also be utilized in creating and executing specialty cocktails and event planning and coordination.
