Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float a dynamic, flexible team
member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This
role has consistent weekly hours , but not a fixed assignment each
day . Youll work across our programs, supporting individuals with
disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways. What Youll Do
(A Little Bit of Everything!) As a DSP Float, youll be our go-to
person for filling in and keeping things running smoothly. Your day
might include: Driving individuals to and from work or community
activities Serving as a Bus Aide to ensure safe, supportive
transportation Helping in High-Needs Areas, offering personalized,
hands-on support, including personal hygiene cares Working in
Program & Workroom Areas, assisting with daily activities or
skill-building Job Coaching, helping individuals succeed in their
