When we asked our team why, we heard the people, benefits, family/home time, diversity, and team culture.Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of large client-facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements involving the delivery of Deluxe solutions at various stages, from pre-production to fully deployed. This role entails facilitating modifications to software solutions by extended project team members, ensuring high-quality client delivery, meeting deadlines and goals, and staying within budgets.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines, monitor progress, coordinate resources, and prepare status reports for stakeholders and executives. Manage large and complex projects, up to 8-12 concurrent projects, with a portfolio value of $1.5 - $2.5 MM.
• Review all sales order documents to understand project scope and deliverables, participate in transition discussions from Sales to Professional Services, and contribute to organizational improvements through lessons learned.
• Identify and manage potential project risks, establish mitigation plans, resolve issues by analyzing causes and implementing solutions, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide accurate revenue and resource forecasting, manage project schedules, and optimize resource utilization.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 5 years of project management experience managing external clients.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or Project Management, 5+ years of external client project management, and PM certification.Additional Requirements:
    • Must be 18 years or older.Compensation: The salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with eligibility for commissions or performance incentives.
